First Football Practice 2:30-4:30pm @ Tioga Middle School. 
Calendars will be given at the first practice 

How does your student get started?

Students need to fill out their sports packet and take the Medical Eligibility form and Physical Examination form to their doctor for them to fill out. Physicals must be done AFTER July 1^st  for them to count for next year.

• Have a health physical from your doctor (no earlier than July 1)
• Complete the Sports Packet – see your coach for this packet

What to bring to practice?

• Football cleats (preferred) or tennis shoes
• Athletic shorts
• Athletic T-shirt
• Water to Hydrate
• Bring your sports packet to practice (as soon as possible)
